We finally started our own Folding at Home (FAH) team [102855]. Click through for information on FAH, folding on the PS3 (and other machines), and the necessary details if you are interested in joining our team.

With our acquisition of a new console, the PS3, we got interested once again in protein folding via the distributed computing network that is run by Pande's group at Stanford. The PS3 has a nice client built right in and after playing with it for a few minutes, we decided to create a Mutaku team and also fire up the Linux CLI clients of FAH on a bunch of our servers here. Folding is FUN and it is for a great intellectual and medically and scientifically important cause.
